FREE SHIPPING: If you live within the continental USA, we will ship your suncatcher order absolutely free. There may however be a small charge to Alaska or Hawaii.
Please Note: Due to custom's regulations, there is a nominal fee to send your order to Canada (we charge whatever the Post Office requires); shipping internationally is also available in some cases, and the cost will depend where you live... for rates.
SECURE ORDERING: Our online shopping cart is 100% guaranteed secure... there is no possibility that your encrypted card number will be accessed by anyone else. We accept all major credit cards at our secure online server and at our toll free phone number (see below). In addition to the secure cart, we also accept payment via [PayPal].
ORDER TOLL FREE: You can call us toll free at 1-800-218-6185 if you'd prefer to give us your credit card number over the phone rather than by secure online ordering. All 4 major cards accepted toll free. If we are not in when you call, leave your phone number and we'll call you back.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: If for any reason you are not happy with your order, return all of it or part of it for an exchange or refund. If any item in your order is damaged in transit, we will immediately replace it at no charge to you.
READY TO HANG: Each item in your order arrives ready to hang (we attach strong fishline to a soldered loop), with simple instructions for hanging it in the most secure manner.
ORDERS ARE PROMPTLY FILLED: In almost every circumstance, once an order is received it is shipped within about 7 days. If you need something even quicker, just ask -- if we have the item already created, it will be sent out immediately.
GUARANTEED SAFE DELIVERY: All orders are very carefully packed -- if any accidental damage were to occur while in transit, we will replace it at no charge.

ALL ITEMS AVAILABLE IN VARIETY OF COLORS: Every design we sell is available in a variety of colors, including mauve/purple, blue, green, red, gold, yellow... pick what is best for you -- they are all beautiful! If you would like a color not listed with an item, please let us know as we are happy to use whatever you want. See this example of a [custom color].
SPECIAL REQUESTS: Every design we sell is handmade by our studio, so if you have a special request -- custom colors for example -- just let us know and if we can make it for you, we will. It might take a bit longer to ship your order, but if you are not in a hurry, we will do our best to fulfill your request. Please note however that we cannot change the size of any design.
GIFT SHIPPING AVAILABLE: If you need a gift for a friend or loved one, we are happy to send it directly to them, with an enclosed short message of your wording.
