SHIPPING: The total shipping cost is based on the number of suncatchers you order (for 1 or 2 items it is $6 total); For example, the first two items have a total shipping cost of $6 ; the next 2 items (3 & 4) add another $6, so the total for the 4 suncatchers is $12, or only $3 per item. The shipping charge for 5 or 6 items is $17 (which is the maximum ~ there is NO additional shipping charge above the $17 for 7 or more items).
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: If for any reason you are not happy with your order, carefully pack & return all or part of it for an exchange or refund. If any item in your order is damaged in transit to you, we will immediately replace it at no additional charge.
READY TO HANG: Each item in your order arrives ready to hang (we attach strong fishline to a soldered loop), with simple instructions for hanging it in the most secure manner.
ORDERS ARE PROMPTLY FILLED: In almost every circumstance, once an order is received it is shipped within about 7 days. If you need something even quicker, just ask ~ if we have the item already created, it will be sent out immediately.
GUARANTEED SAFE DELIVERY: All orders are very carefully packed ~ if any accidental damage were to occur while in transit, we will replace it at no charge.

ALL ITEMS AVAILABLE IN VARIETY OF COLORS: Every design we sell is available in a variety of colors, including mauve/purple, blue, green, red, gold, yellow... pick what is best for you ~ they are all beautiful! SPECIAL REQUESTS: Every design we sell is handmade by our studio, so if you have a special request ~ custom colors for example ~ just let us know and if we can make it for you, we will. It might take a bit longer to ship your order, but if you are not in a hurry, we will do our best to fulfill your request. Please note however that we cannot change the size of any design.
